Thông tin tài liệu:
Soluble methane monooxygenase (sMMO) is a three-com-ponent enzyme that catalyses dioxygen- and NAD(P)H-dependent oxygenation of methane and numerous othersubstrates. Oxygenation occurs at the binuclear iron activecentre in the hydroxylase component (MMOH), to whichelectrons are passed from NAD(P)H via the reductasecomponent (MMOR), along a pathway that is facilitatedand controlledby the third component, proteinB (MMOB).
