In this study, ZnO/MoS2 heterostructure nanowires have been successfully grown on Si/Au substrates by a one-step co-evaporation method. The crystalline phase, surface morphology, and optical properties have been investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Raman, PL, and PLE spectroscopies.
