In particular, the natural resources and environment of coastal communes ingeneral and Quang Binh, in particular, are facing the risk of being strongly affected by changes in temperature,rainfall and sea level and extreme weather phenomena. Through the application of GIS and remote sensingtechnology to assess the level of vulnerability caused by climate change to natural resources and the coastalenvironment.
