For over thirty years, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been importantly contributing in socio-economic development in Vietnam. It also has been the key momentum for many fields, including agriculture sector. However, there is the fact that the attracting FDI has revealed many disadvantages which needs to find out new solutions to boost the effectiveness of the capital in upcoming years.
