Applying dea model to evaluate autonomy mechanisms in Ho Chi Minh city‘s hospitals

This article focuses on evaluating the performance of hospitals in city blocks belonging to two groups of self-guaranteeing regular operating expenses and part of regular operating expenses. These evaluations will be applied to assets Effects of the autonomy mechanism on hospital operation. Accordingly, we will assess using data envelopment Analysis method to compare the performance of hospitals against each other during the process of autonomous implementation of these hospitals from 2012 to 2017.
